Notes
Professor Dr. Abdullah Al-Jubouri mentioned from his book Catalog of Arabic Manuscripts in the Public Endowments Library in Baghdad, Part 1/387, under serialization (1230), the name of this book as follows (Iqad Al-Dharam on Those Who Did Not Divorce the Common People) and attributed it to Muhammad ibn Muhammad bin Shah Al-Hanafi, who died in the year 939 AH, and included it in the Hanafi jurisprudence section. This confusion is on the part of the distinguished author, and he relied on Kashf Al-Zunun, Part 1/109, so he made it Commenting on the book Islah al-Prevention fi al-Furuq, and when I reviewed it to uncover suspicions, I did not find anything that indicated that at all except what was mentioned that Muhammad Shah al-Hanafi had comments on the book Islah al-Prevention. See the first part of this book, pp. 128-129, the book (Daqqa Kani Tha Da Bi Kurdi) by Alaa al-Din al-Sajawi, p. 76, and the book al-Baytoshi by Muhammad al-Khal, p. 30. Professor Abdul Qadir Al-Barzanji says in his book Dictionary of Kurdish Notables, B/20, that he died in the year 1200 AH without indicating the source from which this date was based. As for Professor Alaa al-Din al-Sajjadi, in his book (Daqqa Kani Tha Da Bi Kurdi) p. 77, he places the year of his death between the years 1194-1200 AH as a guess. At the beginning of the book, there is a prose and composed tribute from Bahr al-Wafir by Sheikh Abdullah Al-Baytoshi, the famous Kurdish writer. When the author wrote it, he asked Al-Baytoshi, who was a student of his, to read it, so Al-Baytouchi narrated it with this poem, praising the book. Its beginning: The least is for the one who issues a false fatwa *** He has gone too far in persistent misguidance. The end of the poem: And I hope for the gifts of God Almighty *** A good condition with a good ending. At the beginning there are several sayings and jurisprudential fatwas by famous scholars. The copyist's copy of the author's copy.
