Most of the pages of the book are framed in red, and in Kashf al-Zunun by Haji Khalifa 3/537, he says that there is a translation of Al-Waya’ by Qurād Effendi, and God knows best. Brockelmann mentioned a translation by Mustafa bin Nuh Al-Rumi with an explanation.
