The color of the ink is black in the interpretation, blue in the titles of the surahs and the number of verses, red in the verses, and golden in the saying: If you say... you say. This copy is followed, and in its margins there are some corrections and additions, and the interpretation begins with an introduction, then Surah Al-Fatihah, and ends with Surat Al-Nas, and after the end of the interpretation, the copyist quoted the author or copyist’s words at the end of his copy: “This copy is the first original copy that was copied from Al-Sawad, which is Umm Al-Kashshaf Al-Harami... The compiler’s hand finished it facing the Kaaba in the wing of Dar Al-Sulaimaniyah, which is at the door of Ajyad, marked as Al-Allamah School, on the morning of the third Monday of Rabi’ al-Akhir, in the year eight. Twenty-five hundred.”

Praise be to God who revealed the Qur’an in composed and organized words, and revealed it according to interests as an astrologer... Know that the body of every science, and the pillar of every industry, the classes of scholars in it are low, and the feet of the craftsmen in it are close or equal. If the scholar preceded the scientist, he did not precede him except by a short step, or the craftsman and craftsman preceded him, he did not precede him except by a short distance. Rather, it is one in which ranks differed, in which groups clashed, in which competition and struggle took place, and in which disparities and differences became great, until the matter ended in a period of distant illusion, and progressed to the point of counting a thousand by one.
