The original is attributed to Imam Abu Hanifa Al-Numan bin Thabit (d. 150 AH). Brockelmann pointed out that there are two Turkish translations of Al-Fiqh Al-Akbar, the first by Mirwahidi in the year 1099 and the other by Suleiman Mustazadeh (1202 AH).
