Digitization carried out from a substitution document: R 7818. There are several hands and at least two different copyists, who appear to be brothers. Devoid of colophons, Nos. VI, VIII and IX appear to be from the same hand. The copy of No. V was completed (f. 18) on 9 Rabī‛ I of a year whose figures disappeared due to trimming, along with the name of the copyist. No. by Yaḥyà b. Sayyid Samābah Lakqalavi (?). No. XI was (f. 167) by the same Yaḥyà b. Sayyid Samābah on 4 Ẓū l-ḥiğğa 1054H. on the lands (arāzī) of the late Hwāğa Aḥmad Ğāmī, in the district (am‛āl) of Salihkavī in Tattah. No. XIII was f. 170 by the same Yaḥyà b. Sayyid Samābah on 8 Ša‛bān 1057H. No. XIV (f. 173v) by the same copyist on 7 Ša‛bān 1056H. No. XV (f. 189) – which could be in the same hand as no. in the town (qiṣba) of Gīrūhī (Gerohi). No. XVI was (f. 179v) on 22 Muḥarram 1053H. by Sayyid [Bēg Muḥ] [written in figures]. No. XVII was copied (f. 184v) “for his own use” by Sayyid Yaḥyà b. Sayyid Samābah Ḥusaynī Lakqalavī, on 2 Rabī‛ I 1054H. ; No. XVIII was (f. 199) by Sayyid Bēg Muḥ. Lakqalavī, resident of Tattah, at the mosque of Miyyān Ḥāfiż in Gīrūhī in the month of Ẓū l-ḥiğğa 10[5]2H. Anonymous, the copy of No. That of No. XX was (f. 221v) by Sayyid Bēg Muḥ. on 24 Ẓū l-ḥiğğa 1052H. That of No. XXI (f. 224v) by Sayyid Bēg Muḥ. b. Sayyid Samābah [, therefore the brother of the copyist of Nos. V, XI, etc.] at the beginning of Muḥarram 1053H. No. XXVI, finally, was (f. 257v) by Sayyid Yaḥyà Lakqalavī Ḥusaynī, but does not bear a date. Persian bayt put by the copyist can be read at f. 10 and in the colophons of f. 167, 170v and 199. It is an abridgement (muhtaṣar) (cf. f. 221v), without visible division and whose author is not named.XXI.- F. 222- 224v.- [RISĀLA-i FAQRIYYA]. Attributed to Šihāb al-Dīn Abū Ḥafs ‛Umar b. ‛Abd-ullāh Suhravardī [d. in 632H./1234].XXII.- F. 225- 233v.- ŠARḤ al-KĀFĪ (f. 225). Commentary, written by Mūsà Šayh-zāda Qurayšī b. Muḥ. Musalmān (f. 225), from Kāfī. This commentary includes different tables (ğadval) in f. 228- 233v.XXIII.- F. 233v- 236v.- [DAV‛AT-i ASMĀ’-i A‛ŻAM]. In this copy, which seems incomplete, 22 divine names are presented, with the seals (hatam) that can be made with each of them. Without author's name.XXIV.- F. 237- 252v.- RISĀLA (f. 237v) [DAR TAWḤĪD]. Treatise, apparently anonymous, on the stages of mystical union, consisting of a series of commentaries on suras of the Koran (LI, 55 then XVI, 128, etc.) interspersed with 14 rubā‛ī and the 14 parts of a tarğī‛-band (f. 237v-248); it ends with a conclusion (hātima) (f. 248) followed by a chapter (faṣl) on the division of time (tawzī‛-i awqāt).XXV.- F. 253- 253v.- [DAVĀZDAH KALIMA-i ‛ALĪ b. ABĪ ṬĀLIB]. Advice given by ‛Alī.XXVI.- F. 254- 257v.- NAṢĪḤAT-NĀMA. Advice given by ‛Abd-ullāh Anṣārī [compare Persian Supplement 111(I)] to Niżām al-Mulk Ṭūsī (cf. f. 254). Arabic, Persian and Indian (Sindhī) vocabulary, in Arabic script, in the form of a poem made up of bayt. Around 281 Arabic terms are thus translated into Persian and Sindhi.XXVIII.- F. 258v- 261.- [AD‛IYYA].- Collection of invocation formulas taught by different prophets or holy people.XXIX.-F. 261v-263, as well as f. 168v- 169v.- [DU‛Ā]. Three prayers, including (f. 262) the du‛ā ğāmi‛ of ‛Alī, with explanations in Persian on its virtues.XXX.- F. 263v- 267v.- SULŪK al-MIṢBĀḤ. Treatise on the soul (nafs), by Maḥmūd b. Sa‛īd al-Naṣīr[ī] b. Ḥasan, perhaps composed in 1019H.(/1610), and evoking the different worlds. The copy, which ends at f. 267v, is unfinished.F. 174 consists of a small inserted sheet which bears an Arabic formula. In the margin of f. 81v, the balaġa inscription indicates that at least number X was collated. Passim, we find corrections in the hand of the copyists. We can read in f. 1 the copy of traditions, extracts in Persian from the Futuvvāt and an extract in Sindhi [as in f. 19 and 48v]. In f. 8v-9 a letter (maktūb) from Naṣīr al-Dīn Maḥmūd Čirāġ Dihlavī. In f. 18v a text on īmān; in f. 19 Persian verses, including two bayt from Sa‛dī (as in f. 62). In f. 49 verses by Abū Sa‛īd Abī l-Hayr and rubā‛īyyāt, one of which is attributed to ‛Umar Hayyām. In f. 49v, a rubā‛ī and an extract from the Šarḥ-i ğām-i ğahān-numā. In f. 50 of the Šarḥ-i asmā’-Ullāh of Muḥyī al-Dīn Ibn ‛Arabī. In f. 50v, 51 and 57v-58, an extract from the Šarḥ-i Lama‛āt of ‛Irāqī [cf. Persian 49]. In f. 51v, a fragment of an Arabic commentary by Ğāmī. In f. 52, commentary on ten bayt of Ibn ‛Arabī. We find in f. 52v-3 an extract from a treatise by Šāh Ni‛mat-ullāh Valī; in f. 59 an Arab bayt; in f. 60v a ġazal of Mullā Šakībī. In f. 61 an extract from a masnavī (chapters dar bayān-i ānki muhliṣ̣̣ṣ and dar bayān-i ānki čūn tālī-i kalām) and in f. 61v of anecdotes about the Sufis. In f. 62 various extracts. In f. 73v an extract from the Kašf al-luġāt; in f. 117v verses in Sindhi and Persian. In f. 118 the texts of an amulet, invocations and recipes; likewise in f. 118v, accompanied by Arabic verses. In f. 119-9v, we read a text in Persian concerning food; in f. 120 notes and verses. In f. 167v extracts in Arabic and f. 168 – in Persian – the twenty-six rules applying to Muslims. In f. 175 shows the diagram of a seal and a recipe for reconciling spouses. At the same f. 175 and f. 180, 181, 181v-2, 223v-4v and 263, rubā‛īyyāt and mas’ala. In f. 180v a chapter (faṣl) on ṣalāt and malfūż by the šayh Ğalāl al-Dīn Buhārī; in f. 222v a note on Sufi vocabulary. In f. 234v Persian verses, a rubā‛ī by Fahr al-Dīn ‛Irāqī and a ġazal by Mullā Ṣafā’ī; invocations to f. 236v and Persian rubā‛īyyāt in f. 253. A blush with f. 256v. From the ġazal of Ḥāfiż to f. 257-259v and 261-1v. In f. 258 a formula for the ‛Āšūrā. In f. 259, quote and verse from Ḥāfiż; in f. 260-60v, verses in Sindhi and Persian; in f. 261v, ġazal of Ḥakīm Ḥāẓiq; and in f. 267 anecdotes about mystics.
