medicine; Plants, especially spices on sheet 105.r.: (dish made from) legumes (kācci); dried
ginger (cukku); black pepper (miḷaku); cumin (cīrakam); Atish (Latin: Aconitum
heterophyllum), a plant used in Ayurveda. - The text begins with the usual invocations of the god Kaṇapati, followed by the Civa mantra.
Then the author explains that a knowledgeable person has to fight on two fronts: against
misleading teachings of Brahmins about "ceṅkīrai vittai" and against the misleading ones
Teachings of the Paraiyars.
