Notes	Fatiha commentary by Bâyezid-ı Rumî. Kâtip Çelebi (b. 1017/1609-d. 1067/1657) wrote Bâyezıd-ı under the name Secencelü'l-Ervâhi ve Nukûşü'l-Elvâh (Mirror of Spirits and Embroidery of Plates) in his book Keşfü'z Zunûn (2013: 788). It is mentioned as the work of Rumi. In some sources, it is called Tefsîrü'l-Fâtiha (Mehmet Mecd'i Efendi 1989: 371) and in some sources, the two names are combined and called Secencelü'l-Ervâh fî Tefsîri'l-Fâtiha (Bursalı Mehmed Tâhir 2000: 47). The work is a prose Arabic commentary of the Surah Fatiha (Özmen 2003: 35; Güleç 2020: 23). Although it is known for certain that Bayezid-ı Rumî has a work in which he interprets the Surah Fatiha, as mentioned above, there is different information in the sources regarding the name of the work. Perhaps due to this situation, in some sources the same work of the author was perceived as different works. It is possible to see an example of this situation in the work known as Tefsirü'l-Fatiha el-Müsemma Bisicli-cili'l Ervahad. From the existence of the work, Kâtip Çelebi, in his work titled Keşfü'z Zunûn, wrote a work called Tefsirü'l-Fatiha (Tafsir of Fatiha) by Bâyezîd Halîfe, one of the sheikhs of the second Bâyezîd Khan period. (Kâtip Çelebi 2013: 399). It is also reported that this work, which is said to have been written by the poet in Arabic, has not survived to the present day. However, since the author stated that he wrote a commentary on Fatiha in his work titled Sırr-ı Canana, it is thought that the names that appear as different works in the sources actually belong to the same work (Özmen 2003: 38-39), that is, Secencelü'l-Ervah. It was written to complete the commentary. It is thought that the work, whose exact date is not known, was written during the years when Bâyezid-ı Rumî was in Tire. The work in the first treatise in a magazine consisting of 12 treatises is located between pages 3-36 of the treatise (Özmen 2003: 39-40). Özmen (2003: 41) states that the work was written with the ishari tafsir method and that the author supports his thoughts with verses and hadiths. The work includes general information about Surah Fatiha, such as the revelation of Surah Fatiha, the names of the sura, and its mystery. In addition, the virtue of basmala, the interpretation of the word amen, etc. The author, who also shares information about the work, also touches upon his own views and thoughts on the subjects in the work (Özmen 2003: 41).
