The beginning of the manuscript: Praise be to God and prayers and peace be upon the Messenger of God, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him. His saying, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, “No one is more jealous than God Almighty.” This hadith is included in Sahih Muslim and in the Book of Tawheed from Sahih al-Bukhari. Imam al-Senussi said in his brief explanation of what is meant by jealousy, which required proof of this negativity for the Creator, due to its prohibition on circumambulation for incest and the severity of the punishment in the world.
End of the manuscript: He did not give me permission to give alms, but rather I was given permission to eat. He said, may God protect him. The customary permission is based on the fact that the food offered to the guest has differed as to whether it is owned with the same serving or in excess. It is based on the fact that the food offered to the guest has differed (...) and if food is offered to an unjust person and then there is leftover from him, then it is the unjust’s money on the first and not on the second.
