Notes: This copy is devoid of the name of the author and the information of publication, but Al-Mahi Al-Qaytouni in the “Dictionary of Moroccan Publications, pp. 326-327” attributed it to Al-Musharrafi, based on an oral narration from the “scholarly scholar Al-Mutala’ Al-Bahathah” Sidi Al-Habib Al-Mahaji Al-Hasani. Then his opinion was reinforced by what he quoted from Ahmed Al-Numaishi in his book “The History of Poetry and Poets in Fez,” [Muhammad Al-Hassouni Edition, 2018], p. 75". The historian Abdul Salam Ibn Sawda relied on this in his “Guide to the Historian of Al-Aqsa Maghreb, Recorded 1653.” Then the date of publication is not mentioned, except that the narrator mentioned the following in its appendix: “Its writer said, ‘I was looking forward to printing this poem, but I was not able to, due to the oppression and dominance that befell us, until God brought victory from Him because of our pledge of allegiance to Mawlana Abd al-Hafiz, may God protect him and provide him with his extension. Praise be to God for that, praise without end.’ It is understood from this restriction that the date of publication is the year 1908, which is what the author of “Guild” stated. “Historian of Al-Aqsa Morocco” in the aforementioned reference. |
