Mālik Yawm al-Dīn. Īyāka naʻbudu wa-Īyāka nastaʻīn ..." البداية: يبدأ بسورة الفاتحة. "بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم. الحمد لله ربّ العالمين. الرحمن الرحيم. مالك يوم الدين. إيّاك نعبد وإيّاك نستعين ..." Secundo folio: Bismillāh al-Raḥmān al-Raḥīm. Alif Lām Mīm. بداية الورقة الثانية: بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم. الم. 12 x 15.5 cm; written surface: 8 x 12 cm; 10 lines per page. Binding: In dark brown leather. In good naskh script, in black ink, with interlinear Persian translation in red, on white paper; some pages are replaced; text within gold frames; leaves 1-5 and 404-425 are written in different hands without the interlinear Persian translation; some leaves are restored and patched; catchwords. Ends with verse 14 of Sūrat al-Ghāshiyah: "Wa-akwābun mawḍūʻah." ينتهي النص بالآية 14 من سورة الغاشيه: "وأكوابٌ موضوعة." In Arabic. Forms part of the Hartford Seminary Collection.
