Notes on the
Ashkāl al-taʾsīs
(حاشية أشكال التأسيس).
The text is divided into fifteen sections (فصل):
Sections one and two not marked (ff. 41v-50r);
Section Three: The Interval Ratio (الفصل الثالث في نسبة الأبعاد, ff. 50r-59r);
Section Four: The Necessitating Cause of Dissonance (الفصل الرابع في الأسباب الموحبة للتنافر, ff. 59r-60r);
