Assamese translation of the Sanskrit epic poem Mahābhārata. It was written on the
inner bark of the Aquilaria malaccensis (or Agar wood) in Assamese script; the legends
of the 68 miniatures were also written in Persian script. The Karṇaparvan describes
days 16 and 17 of the battle of the Kurukshetra War between the Kauravas and the Pāṇḍavas.
On the 16th day, Karṇa, chief commander of the Kauravas, is killed by Arjuna.
