Bayan. sade siyah deri bir kılıfla sıkıca ciltlenmiştir, mütevazı boyuttadır ve çok iyi korunmuştur; kağıt kalın ve iyi, son derece cilalı. Kaligrafi, küçük, çok düzgün bir nasta'lik, oldukça modern görünümlüdür. Hepsi farklı format ve tarzlarda 10 tablo içerir. (Ch.M.)Metin bloğunun yüksekliği biraz değişir; 138 mm (f. 17r) ve 136 mm (f. 190r). Metin Kay Hüsrev'in ölümüne kadar olan kısmın sadece I. kısmını içermektedir ve kolofon olmadan bitmektedir. Ancak nesir girişinin sonunda (f 10r) 1066/1656 yılında tamamlanma tarihini ve yazarın adını veren bir sütun bulunmaktadır. Nesir önsözü f ile başlar. Dekoratif bir minibüsün altında 1v. Şiirin kendisi f ile başlıyor. 11v, normatif bir girişe sahip başka bir dekoratif unvanın altında.
