خانم در یک جلد چرمی سیاه و سفید ساده بسته شده است، و اندازه متوسطی دارد، به خوبی حفظ شده است. کاغذ ضخیم و خوب، بسیار جلا داده شده است. رسم الخط به نستعلیق کوچک بسیار شیک و نسبتاً مدرن است. شامل 10 نقاشی است که همگی در قالب ها و سبک های مختلف متفاوت هستند. (Ch.M.) ارتفاع بلوک متن کمی متفاوت است، مثلاً بین. 138 میلیمتر (f. 17r) و 136 میلیمتر (f. 190r). متن فقط شامل قسمت اول است، تا زمان مرگ کی خسرو، و بدون کلفون به پایان میرسد. با این حال، در انتهای مقدمه منثور یک خط خطی وجود دارد (f 10r) که تاریخ اتمام آن را در 1066/1656 و نام کاتب ذکر کرده است. 1 ولت زیر یک ونوان تزئینی. خود شعر از f شروع می شود. 11 ولت، زیر یک ونوان تزئینی دیگر، با یک ورودی هنجاری.
