| Notlar | Bu çalışmanın amacı İmam Ali'nin (a.s) teorik ve pratik talimatlarının tezahürü olan Nehcü'l-Belağa'yı esas alarak ahlaki niteliklerin yöneticilerin performansı üzerindeki etkisini araştırmaktır. Bu çalışma, dini örgütlerde etik yönetimin doğru uygulanmasının etik değerleri kurumsallaştıracağını kanıtlamayı amaçlamaktadır. Ayrıca, başta kuruluşun stratejik hedeflerine ulaşılması olmak üzere pek çok olumlu sonuç elde edilecektir. Araştırma sorusunu cevaplamak için öncelikle Nehc el-Belaga kullanılarak bireysel ve toplumsal ahlakın bileşenleri çıkarılmış, ardından bunların güven ve bağlılık oluşturma ve adaleti tesis etme boyutlarını vurgulayan temel performans faktörleri üzerindeki etkileri incelenmiştir. Bu çalışmanın bulguları etik ile performans arasında anlamlı bir ilişki olduğunu göstermiştir. Hazreti Mesume'nin (s) kutsal türbesinde güven, bağlılık ve performans unsurları iyi durumdadır, ancak adalet unsurları iyi durumda değildir. |
