Notlar Work culture is of the factors that influence the individual's economic status. It has a significant effect on the socioeconomic system of the community. Attention has been paid to this important issue in the governmental documents of the Islamic Republic of Iran, including the twenty-year vision plan. However, realization of goals and visions of human resources requires a positive work culture. In addition to evaluating the components of the culture, some of the most important factors affecting it have been evaluated. This research has been done by using survey method with questionnaire instrument. The Statistical population includes the youth of the city of Qom. The attitudes of youth about the components and factors that influence the work culture are investigated and evaluated by this research. The analysis of data was performed based on the frequency of data and Pearson's correlation and multiple regression analysis. The results indicate that youth attitudes toward work culture are high with a mean of 4.16 (of 5). The most important factor influencing the work culture of the religious tendencies of young people has been achieved by the regression equation. The results show that youth attitudes toward work culture are in accordance with Islamic culture and requirements of the twenty-year vision plan of the Islamic Republic of Iran. Therefore, the best recommendation for maintaining and improving the work culture among the youth and consequently paving the way to achieve the goals and visions is to focus on their moral and religious tendencies.
