Örnek Metin The increasing speed of information transmission and the current turbulent environment has double the importance of information management in organizations. Hence, The main purpose this research, was to investigate the relationship between generously Leadership On the Organizational learning With emphasis on purposeful organizational forgetting. The research based on objective is implicated and based on Data collection methods is survey. The research population Pars Oil and Gas Company employees, among whom 210 subjects were randomly selected. To collect data, Researcher made is questionnaire with 32 questions. Face and content validity was used to evaluate questionnaires Validity. Also, Cronbach's alpha was used to establish the reliability of instruments 0.88. The test hypotheses and concepts studied use of structural equation modeling. Research findings show that variables of softened and generously leadership are more effective than force on organizational learning. The results also indicate that the hypothesis of the study (the relationship between generously leadership and purposeful organizational forgetting, the relationship between generously leadership and organizational learning, the relationship between purposeful organizational forgetting and organizational learning) was approved and these relationships direct and significant.
