Notlar	النقابة هي منظمة هدفها حماية حقوق العمال ومنافعهم ، وتختلف النقابات فيما بينها في جهودها وبنيتها وصراعها ودفاعها عن حقوق العمال ،ظهر مفهوم النقابات بعد الثورة الصناعية في بدايات القرن التاسع عشر لحماية المصالح المشتركة للطبقات العاملة . أطلقت تسمية (نقابة) في فرنسا وإيطاليا واسبانيا ، ثم أطلقت كلمة (اتحاد عمال) Workers union بدلا عنها ، وفي بريطانيا أطلقت كلمة (اتحاد التجارة) trade union , وفي ألمانيا أطلقت كلمة ( اتحاد الحرف) Gewerkschaft، وتغيرت التسمية في فرنسا وإيطاليا واسبانيا وتركيا الى مصطلح (عامل و صاحب العمل) ، بعدها صارت (نقابة العامل ونقابة أصحاب العمل). أما اشكالية البحث فهي لمعرفة طبيعة العمل النقابي ومراحل تطوره في تركيا ، وجذوره التاريخية ، وماهي العوامل الداخلية والخارجية التي أثرت فيه . تعد الحركة النقابية في تركيا إحدى المؤسسات المهنية المهمة في تركيا ولها تأثير كبير على قطاعات واسعة من الشعب التركي ، فضلا عن تأثيرها في العملية الاقتصادية ، وقد شغلت الحكومات التركية المتعاقبة منذ تأسيس الجمهورية التركية عام 1923 حينما كان الدور النقابي منحسرا في اشراف الدولة على نشاطها ، وقد تطور دور الحركة عقب العهد الجمهوري الأول والمراحل التي تلتها الى نقابات عمالية هدفها حماية حقوق العمال ومنافعهم من تقليص ساعات العمل وغيرها. The issue of the trade union movement in Turkey is one of the important topics in contemporary Turkish history, as this large segment of the role plays an important role in Turkish economic, political, social and cultural life. The development of the Turkish trade union movement has been in stages since its establishment at the end of the Ottoman period, passing through the Republican era, It was affected by the arbitrary laws issued by the governments of the Turkish military coups against it and against the working class. As well as the trade union movement suffered from the mistrust of its working classes, because the last two were dominated by fear of the scarcity of unemployment that was threatening them because of the economic crises, globalization, and privatization, which Turkey was In addition to the employers abandoning their unions, the trade unions lost many of their members. However, the unions tried to perform their duties towards the working class that they represented, even if they were not up to their ambitions.
