ff. 5b-14b contain a work in Arabic. Thin beige paper with laid lines and watermark. ff. 26, 28, 38, 47, 52 are yellow; ff. 30, 31, 39, 42, 46 are green; marginalia (corrections, additions and comments) are partly in a different handwriting; catchwords.
ff. 2b-3a: Persian double verses, partly identified as lines by Ṣā‘ib, Khayālī, Makhūnī, Mawlānā, ‘Ālī, Sa'dī, Ḥāfiẓ.
The work is usually called Qavā‘id-i derīye; cf. Türk. Hss. vol. 4, no. 460, where other copies are mentioned.
