The main one is a small blue diamond with an orange centre, with four enlarged diamonds. The smaller motif is a red diamond. Both motifs are outlined by a dark green lattice. Field (back): weft-faced plain weave with white woollen weft. Four stylised flowerheads are grouped off-centre with the beginning of a fifth lower down. Borders: (front): lower and upper: red zigzag separating coloured triangles. (sides): same design but wider with inner and outer guard of reciprocal red and blue triangles outlined in white cotton. At the 'base' of the bag, where the red foundation weft becomes white, there is an added fringe, maximum length 46 cms. in light green, brown and dark brown with eight white cords plied with orange or dark blue wool.
