Kurzaufnahme einer Handschrift, Inhalt: "Bahār-i Dāniš", persischer Roman von ʿInāyatallāh mit zwei Vorreden. Die erste (Fol. 5b) ist die des Muḥammad Ṣālīḥ, eines Freundes des Verfassers. Nach dieser (Fol. 6b 1.18) verfasste ʿInāyatallāh sein Werk im Jahr 1061 [h.q.] [1650 oder 1651]. Die zweite (Fol. 8b) ist die des Verfassers selbst. Zu Anfang stehen einige Gedichte von Kemāl Ġiyāṯ-ad-dīn, ʿAbd-al-Qādir und Ḫāṭibī (Fol. 1 und 2), Schrift: Taʿlīq, Ausstattung: Auf geglättetem, farbigem Papier, Literatur: Ein Teil des "Bahār-i Dāniš" (bis Fol. 107b 1.4 dieser Handschrift, aber ohne die erste Vorrede) ist abgedruckt in den Selections for the use of the students of the persian class (by Lumsden), Kalkutta 1804 4 tom. 2 (172 Seiten) und in einer anderen lithographischen Ausgabe desselben Werks: 'Classic Selections from some of the most esteemed Persian Writers'. Kalkutta 1828 Vol. I. Eine vollständige Übersetzung (samt den 2 Vorreden) lieferte Jonathan Scott, Shewsburry 1799, 3 vols., Altsignatur: Quatremère 243, BSB-Provenienz: Étienne Quatremère (1782-1857)
