یادداشت‌ها	Recto: شهادت در مورد اجرای دستور امیر قراقوش بهاءالدین بن. عبدالله اسدی. این دستور مربوط به بازیابی یک انبار سکه طلا (170 دینار) در اختیار حنیم بن. عیسی یکی از اهالی منوف علیا بود که توسط مأمور خاص امیر، فریس الدوله عدی اجرا شد. سکه ها را در کیفی گذاشته و زیر مهر مومی گذاشته و به کمیسر تحویل دادند. شاهد این عملیات عمار بن. الحسن ب. اسماعیل بن. علی و ابوالمعالی یوسف بن. محمد. مورخ 595 هجری قمری (= 1199 م). نسخه: فهرست اسامی.
