ملاحظات	الصفحة اليمنى: شهادة في تنفيذ أمر الأمير قراقوش بهاء الدين ب. عبد الله الأسدي. يتعلق الأمر باستعادة مخبأ من العملات الذهبية (170 دينارًا) بحوزة هانم بن. عيسى من سكان أعالي منوف، ونفذه المفوض الخاص للأمير فارس الدولة عدي. تم وضع العملات المعدنية في محفظة ووضعها تحت ختم الشمع وتسليمها إلى المفوض. وشهد هذه العملية عمار بن. الحسن ب. إسماعيل ب. علي وأبو المعالي يوسف بن. محمد. مؤرخ بـ 595هـ (= 1199م). الظهر: قائمة الأسماء.
