نامه ای که در روزهای سخت به ابوالحسن سرور بن. حییم ب. صبری از داماد نگرانش مبارک بن. اسحاق. وی از غارت در محلا (نویسنده امیدوار است ابوالخیر مبارک سالم باشد)، یک بیماری همه گیر در فصطاط و اینکه خود نویسنده به سرقت رفته است، اشاره می کند. همچنین از ابن نحوم از پیشوا یاد می کند. احتمالاً در دهه 1060 نوشته شده است.
