یادداشت‌ها	Recto: سند قانونی مبنی بر اینکه Nissim b. سر شلوم ها لوی اهل دمشق اما مقیم مصر، به جرم توهین، دشنام و ضرب و شتم همسرش سُطیت بات طوییه مجرم شناخته شد و تحت فشار قرار گرفت تا او را طلاق دهد، اما به دنبال وعده اصلاح (بعد از نوشته شدن خطوط اولیه گِت) طلاق کامل نشد. اما اگر شهادت یک مرد، محرز بن. اهور ها-لوی خوانند پس از انصراف، به خودی خود برای اثبات گناه او کافی است. مورخ تیشری 1564 عصر سلوکی (= 1252 م) و امضای افرایم ب. ساموئل معلم Verso: قبض طلاق ناقص.
