ملاحظات	الصفحة اليمنى: وثيقة قانونية تنص على أن نسيم ب. أُدين سار شالوم هال ليفي، من دمشق ولكنه يعيش في مصر، بتهمة إهانة وشتم وضرب زوجته سوتية بات توفييا وتم الضغط عليه لتطليقها، ولكن بعد وعده بالإصلاح (بعد كتابة الأسطر الأولى من الجيت بالفعل) لم يكتمل الطلاق. ومع ذلك، ينبغي أن تكون شهادة رجل واحد، محرز بن. إذا تراجع طاهر هاليوي المرنم، فسيكون ذلك كافيًا في حد ذاته لإثبات إدانته. مؤرخة في تشرين 1564 من العصر السلوقي (= 1252 م) وموقعة من إفرايم ب. صموئيل المعلم. على الوجه الآخر: وثيقة الطلاق غير المكتملة.
