برگی از یک نسخه یهودی-عربی از علی بن عیساء، تحکیرات الکاحلین («یادداشتی برای بینایی شناسان»)، پایان گفتار اول و آغاز گفتار دوم (ویرایش حیدرآباد 1964، ص 39-42). در پایان گفتار اول، یادداشتی از نسخهنویس محفوظ است که حکایت از نسخهبرداری این نسخه خطی در قاهره در سال 1511 عصر سلوکی، مطابق با سال 1200 میلادی دارد.
