ورقة من نسخة يهودية عربية لعلي بن عيسى، تذكرة الكحالين ('مذكرة لأخصائيي البصريات')، نهاية الخطاب الأول وبداية الخطاب الثاني (طبعة حيدر أباد 1964، ص 39-42). وتحتفظ نهاية الخطاب الأول بملاحظة للناسخ تفيد أن المخطوطة قد نسخت في القاهرة عام 1511 من العصر السلوقي، الموافق عام 1200 م.
