This article seeks to analyze the anthropological foundations of sociological paradigms and management organization based on the ideas of Allameh Tabatabai (RA) and its role in the formation of Islamic management paradigm. The data collected by libraries and content analysis have been studied. After giving statements anthropological and sociological paradigms based on the division Bvryl Morgan, propositions drawn from the thoughts of Allama Tabatabai (ra) about the man, in the form of two analytical angle "existential" and "substantive": presented. Finally, propositions drawn from the thoughts of Allama Tabatabai (RA) in the four categories of sociological paradigms of anthropological propositions organization and management of the survey are: 1. Establish a unique proposition 3. Proposition 2. The statements confirming Mtzad4- established complementary propositions. In the end, the four paradigms of anthropological principles derived from surveys conducted from the perspective of anthropology from the viewpoint of Allameh Tabatabai (RA) is analyzed. The findings show that from the perspective of anthropology at Allameh Tabatabai look at sociological paradigms organization and management from the angle firstly and secondly the substantive analysis of the material aspects of human nature is not exceeded. As a result, analytic angle and the angle of the first and third of human nature, has an excellent ability to form a management paradigm Islam.
