Notes
The purpose of this research is to investigate the relationship between dimensions of Islamic religiosity and organizational citizenship behavior. Based on this, first by referring to Nahj al-Balagha and based on the three principles of beliefs, rulings and ethics, the indicators related to each of these principles were extracted; Then, the degree of tendency and belief in them as well as their effect on the organizational citizenship behavior of Yazd University employees was investigated. The findings show that the respondents received a good score in religiosity, on average. Among the dimensions affecting religiosity, the lowest score belongs to the dimension of rulings and the highest score belongs to the dimension of beliefs. Also, the studied subjects had a good average score in organizational citizenship behavior, the weakest dimension of which is civic behavior and the strongest dimension is chivalry. In addition, the results of the research indicate that all three dimensions of beliefs, rules and ethics have a direct effect on the organizational citizenship behavior of employees; Therefore, it can be said that according to the significant and direct relationship between the level of religiosity and organizational citizenship behavior, increasing the level of religiosity of a person improves his organizational citizenship behavior.
