This study was carried out to reveal the dimensions and forms of glocalization in international hotel businesses serving in Turkey, due to its increasing importance in the world, and to determine their similarities and differences in coastal and city hotels. Since it is a new approach, a case study design was used in the research to examine glocalization from various perspectives. A city and a coastal hotel within the borders of Izmir province were selected, face-to-face and telephone interviews were held with the relevant managers of the businesses, and the websites of the hotels were examined in detail. As a result of the study, it was determined that localization practices were mostly realized in food and beverage services in the hotel establishments within the sample, more localization practices were seen in coastal hotels than city hotels, localization studies were carried out at cultural and geographical dimensions in line with the regiocentric strategy, and various applications were implemented at different levels within the scope of the geographical dimension. Inspired from the increasing importance of glocalization in the world, this study aims to reveal the types and dimensions of glocalization implementations in international hotel establishments and to ascertain their similarities. and differences in resort and city hotels. Since glocalization is a new approach, case study method serves as the appropriate research design. One resort and one city hotel in Izmir were selected as samples. Data collection was conducted through face-to-face and telephone interviews with relevant managers and a detailed review of hotels' websites. In conclusion, regarding the sample hotels, the findings show that glocalization implementations differ among city and resort hotels with more glocalized offerings in resort hotels than city hotels.
