White amulet with unidentified inscriptions in blue.

Arabic document.

Black tuff rock slab in ten pieces with Islamic inscription dedicated to Sultan Rukun-ud-din Barbak Shah who ruled Bengal from 1459-1474 CE. The inscription commemorates the building of a reservoir and inner gate on the grounds of the palace of Gaur (Lakhnauti), then capital of Bengal. It is dated to 871 AH (1466-7 CE).

A square shaped amulet with a loop at the top. There is a faint inscription on the front that includes the word for God, Allah, several times as well as Archangel Michael Archangel Gabriel Archangel Azrael Archangel Raphael possibly the poet Hafiz who memorized the Koran, and the prophet Muhammad

Hands are modeled, but due to surface encrustations, there is only scant indication of painted adzes. A faint text column runs down the front of the shabti's legs, and reads "The illuminated one, the Osiris, Mayor, Pennut."

There is a rectangular basket on the shabti's back, with no internal decoration.

Part of Arabic document. The name of Muhammed ibn Hahir (?) al Sunkul (?) is mentioned twice. Dated in Jumada al-Ahira (the last Jumada), the year of 283 A.H. = 897/8 A.D. This date is given twice.

Thin board. Hole bored near top, center, through which string is drawn to hang it up. Used in Koranic schools to practice writing; also, Koranic verses are written on them, then washed off, the ink solution then being drunk as a charm to ward off evil and sickness.

Amulet of stone, possibly agate. Incised with Arabic (?). Inscription filled with black pigment.

Bandeau - opaque green glass talisman, white Arabic writing; red cord with bound yellow on either side of talisman. Green jade pendant with cord in the shape of a cartouche or shield. Pendant top and bottom squared with the sides semi-circular. Pendant is inscribed with writing. The cord is compossed of two red ribbons strung through the pendant and wrapped with yellow and black thread to create a "cone" that eventually tapers out.

Black pendant amulet. One side with four rows of Arabic inscriptions. Smooth on other side.

Weaving sample? Silky but coarse weave with woven strips in green, blue, magenta with a diamond in the center containing Arabic writing which says: Jabal Lubnan meaning Mt. Lebanon. There is a magenta border with yellow edges.

A column of text runs down the front of the shabti's legs, and reads "The Illuminated One, The Osiris, true of voice." There is a rectangular painted basket on the shabti's back with no slanted line internal decoration.

White faience shabti, missing the front portion of its head, inscribed for "The Osiris, Isis, true of voice." The Shabti wears a tripartite wig, and has molded hands which hold painted adzes. The text column runs down the shabti's feet. There is a triangular basket on the shabti's back.

One of a pair of colossal vases or incense burners. Pierced brass. In shape of round drums on stem pedestals with tall necks rising from the top. Inscriptions, figures, and animals decorate the surface of the piece.

This piece is perhaps related to E17915.1.

Hands are modeled, but due to the surface damage, do not currently hold adzes. A text column runs down the front of the shabti's legs, and retains a portion of the name of Pennut. The shabti lacks a painted basket.
