It is waived due to the Almighty’s saying: (Take charity from their wealth) and no one else commands taking it, and whatever is other than it in jurisprudence is disbelief and sin. This is the doctrine of the Sunnis, including jurists, theologians, and hadith scholars. Oh. Through it, he knows what is in the words of Al-Jalal Al-Mawli and those who follow him, such as Al-Kamal, who reported directly denying disagreement in the definitive consensus. And here is the time for the tongue to be sheathed... praying for the truthful and truthful one, and every adherent to his Sunnah, whether he is a follower or follower, acting according to what the truth was revealed and not following the desires of what came to him of the truth. The wise remembrance was not established as an argument, and was made clear by the statement of the Noble Prophet as an argument, so he was guided to the truth in confusion, and he took what the Messenger brought along, and praise be to God in the first and the last, and we would not have been guided had it not been for the Almighty guiding us...
