Notes
So if you are in the horizons, then you see and know, do not follow, and if you do not see the crescent, then greet the people who saw it with sight. Glory be to You, there is no praise for You that can be counted, and there is no power except with You, and there is no refuge except with You. We have no knowledge except what You have taught us, and we would not have been guided had it not been for Your guidance. To You is praise, praise that matches Your blessings, rewards Your increase, and defends us from Your vengeance. Pray, O God, for all the truths of perfection and all-encompassing greatness. Glory and beauty are upon the one by whose mention the Wise is judged, and with the revelation from him he is stoned, and upon his family and companions and whoever adheres to his guidance in all knowledge and knowledge, as for what follows: These are simple words, containing many benefits, and great returns, necessitated by a call with the one whose example the judge of the investigation ruled to be peaceful, and the compiler of the Zakat of the Treasure of Knowledge imposed that he spend from the proceeds of trust what calls on the poor of arrogance, enter into peace, and now that the possession of knowledge has appeared, the Splendid of the Miracles. By exporting the miracle, to the promise of the stranger’s oud, just as the achievement began, the famous hadiths are strange, and the rules of the universal sciences are attributed to the one speaking them. I committed to riding other than the horse’s horse, and stuffing the quiver of my writing with the arrows of others, so I write a conveyor, not a saying, and from the grayness of the prohibition in the shadows of the inference of the trustworthy, saying.......And Al-Rahawi said: Al-Mazari mentioned in the book Al-Aqdiya from the explanation of indoctrination, which helps what is in the summary of Ibn Al-Hajib. And his wording: As for the jurisprudential sciences, the definitive ones are like the pillars upon which Islam was built, which are the prayers and their prayers. The one who opposes it is an infidel if the one who came from God denies his prophecy, peace and blessings be upon him, and the one who denies it is an infidel, and if the one who brought it is truthful but disputes its obligation, then he has denied the known, and is negligent in that, and it is a sin like the case of those withholding zakat in the caliphate of Abu Bakr al-Siddiq, may God be pleased with him, and the interpretation of those among them that it is obligatory. It is waived due to the Almighty’s saying: (Take charity from their wealth) and no one else commands taking it, and whatever is other than it in jurisprudence is disbelief and sin. This is the doctrine of the Sunnis, including jurists, theologians, and hadith scholars. Oh. Through it, he knows what is in the words of Al-Jalal Al-Mawli and those who follow him, such as Al-Kamal, who reported directly denying disagreement in the definitive consensus. And here is the time for the tongue to be sheathed... praying for the truthful and truthful one, and every adherent to his Sunnah, whether he is a follower or follower, acting according to what the truth was revealed and not following the desires of what came to him of the truth. The wise remembrance was not established as an argument, and was made clear by the statement of the Noble Prophet as an argument, so he was guided to the truth in confusion, and he took what the Messenger brought along, and praise be to God in the first and the last, and we would not have been guided had it not been for the Almighty guiding us...
