Late Coptic foliation which does not appear on f.138-146. 15 lines per page. The leaves were dismantled to be exhibited separately in 1938 then reassembled on tabs in 1947. Ruled with mistara. Incomplete manuscript from the end of which many leaves have been redone. The manuscript served as the basis for the edition published by S. de Sacy in 1816. (See Calila and Dimna, preface, p. 57.) Western binding in green leather imitating Arabic bindings made in 1947 when the manuscript was reassembled in 1947.. Notice reviewed by Annie Vernay-Nouri on 10/3/2016, as part of the research program "The painting manuscripts of Kalîla wa Dimna" included in the four-year plan (2016-2017) of the National Library of France and the five-year plan (2013-2017) from Paris-Sorbonne University (UMR 8167 “Orient and Mediterranean”).
