This work is the رسالة اصول الحكم في نظام العالم, treatise in Arabic, on the principles of government and the organization of the army, by Hasan el-Kafi el-Bosnevi el-Akhisari (d. 1025 AH = 1616); it was completed in the month of Zilhiǧǧa 1004 AH (August 1596), and it is dedicated to Sultan Mohammed III; a copy of this book is described under No. 202 of the Supplement; it is essentially different from that described under No. 890; the Turkish paraphrase was completed in Akhisar by the author, in the month of Raǧab 1005 (February 18-March 19, 1597), when he returned from the siege of the fortress of Agri اكرى.. Turkish binding, in stamped and gilded red leather.
