This set contains, according to working notes in the hand of Yvette Sauvan preserved in the same box, fragments of the following works: Commentary on the Kāfiyya of ʿUṯmān ibn ʿUmar Ibn al-Ḥāğib by Nağm al-Dīn al-Raḍī al-Astarābāḏī (cf. ms Paris Arabe 4036, Berlin, Ahlwardt, 6582; Commentary on Al-Amṯila al-muḫtalifa by Muṣṭafā ibn Šaʿbān al-Surūrī (GAL, II² p. 579) a work on the Turkish language. One of the fragments bears a colophon of a certain Muṣliḥ al-Dīn, dated 1051 h. / 1641-1642. Arabic ms 2261 is an autograph: Nayl al-rā'id min al-Nīl al-zā'id of Šihāb al-Dīn Aḥmad al-Ḥiğāzī, copied in or after 1470.
