I said, and the bottom line is that what the author disliked is discussed in it as not agreeing with what Ibn Arafa mentioned Explicit (f. 293a): And if the father claimed that he had prepared for his daughter from the money she had given him before him from her mother’s inheritance and other things, and she denied what he said in that regard, and it is necessary to establish evidence on that, according to the saying of God Almighty, then if you give them their money, bear witness against them, and this in my view is open to agreement and disagreement, because his saying and she denied he meant that she denied that he prepared it, then it is agreement, and if he wanted to deny that He prepared it with her own money before him, and she claimed that he prepared it with his own money voluntarily, so there is disagreement.
