Containing: folio 2 verso, a form, anonymous and untitled, of private letters, without any official character, letters of congratulation, condolence, courtesy, recommendation, solicitation, and others similar, in prose and verse, initial formulas, in a flowery style; another form of letters (folio 51 verso), anonymous, without preface or title, containing private letters of the same type as those in the previous pamphlet, mainly love letters, among which the author has interspersed official documents, a letter from Ibrahim Pasha to the valid sultana, mother of Sultan Moustafa, a letter from Sultan Moustafa to the beylerbey of Syria, another to the beylerbey of Karaman, another to Ibrahim Pasha, another to Iyas Pasha, a letter from Ibrahim Pasha to Sultan Moustafa. We find, in the margins of this pamphlet and on its last pages, poems in Turkish, including a terǧi'-bend, on page 68 verso, a moukhammas by Rahmi on a ghazel by Neǧati, a mousaddas by Haïreti (folio 135 verso), and a terǧiʿ-bend by this same poet..
