Notes An old copy, with precious calligraphy and writing, corresponding to the original from which it was copied, as is evident in the corrections of the interview and its symbols fixed in the footnotes. One of the book dealers wreaked havoc on it and forged the title, which was: The second volume of Sunan al-Salihin and Sunan al-Abidin. He announced “(The second volume)” and wrote “(The complete collection of Sunan...”), and he did the same at the end of the copy, so he kept “The volume completed”” and forged it. ((The Second)) to ((Al-Kamil)), and it appears that the forgery took place before the copy entered the possession of Sibghatullah Kojok Ahmad Zadeh, the Mufti of Amed, and after him to his son and grandson, as appears from the restriction of its endowment to the Raghbiyya school of Amed, which is affixed to the title page. The text therein was written in black, tangy, dark viscous ink in general, on a Levantine-made, brown satin brocade made of cotton and the stems of the flax plant, and it appears in Some of its leaves are primitive watercolors. The copy is numbered according to the booklets and is devoid of any comments. Each booklet contains ten pages except the first, from which five leaves were dropped, leaving only five remaining. The title page contains a number of possessions in addition to an endowment entry, from which the following text appears: ((The corner known in the Levant as the outside of Bab (...) is known as Aladdin Al-Saqi (...) on the date of the sixteenth of Rajab Al-Fard in the year seven hundred and sixty-four..)), as for the possessions, the first of them is In the name of Saladin Muhammad bin Badr al-Din Muhammad (...) bin Alam al-Din Sulaiman al-Kattani al-Shafi’i, he was known as Ibn al-Nahhas... and that is according to the correct Sharia law (...) Ahmad (...) who is and the [first] volume dated (...) Blessed Sha’ban in the year twenty-five [seven hundred], and another possessed: ((The possession of these copies transferred the same precious thing to a poor and despicable person, Hajj Hassan bin Khalil Al-Amdi, nicknamed Tayz Wali (?). May God forgive their sins in the year four And at the end of it, the restriction of the first endowment was rewritten, but a leaf was glued to it and then removed, distorting the text and obliterating much of its text. A blight struck it, causing some parts of the text to be eroded, especially in the first ten leaves.
