Notes	The copy is opposite, and disassembled, and Al-Ardha discussed it in several places. The text was written in black ink in general, while the titles are in red ink. The text was written on white paper with parallel lines and a commercial watermark about a circle with a palm tree inside it, from which fruits hang in the form of two triangles on each side. Some leaves in the text are white, some of them bear numbers and others do not bear numbers, and the book Kanz al-Daqa’i’ by Al-Zayla’i is one of the most famous books of Hanafi jurisprudence. The text of Al-Bahr begins with the chapter on purity. The chapter on itikaf ends, and the complete text is in which Ibn Najim al-Masri reached the end of the book of the case, as he mentioned in some of his books, although there is evidence in the circulating copies that he reached the chapter of corrupt authorization.
Metin Başı (İncipit)	(الحمد لله الذي دبر الأنام بتدبيره القوي وقدر الأحكام بتقديره الخفي وهدى عباده إلى الرشاد وأنطقهم بألسنة حداد وجعل مصالح معاشهم بالعقول محوطة ومناجح معادهم بالعلم منوطة فضل نبيه بالعلم تفضيلاً وأنزل عليه القرآن تنزيلاً صلى الله عليه وسلم وعلى آله كنوز الهدى وعلى أصحابه بدور الدجى أما بعد فإن أشرف العلوم وأعلاها وأوقفها وأولاها علم الفقه والفتوى وبه صلاح الدنيا والعقبي فمن شمر لتحصيله ذيله وأودع نهاره وليله فاز بالسعادة الآجلة واليادة العاجلة .... - وإن كنز الدقائق للإمام حافظ النسفي أحسن مختصر صنف في فقه الأئمة الحنفية وقد وضعوا له شروحاً وأحسنها التبيين للإمام الزيلعي .... وغير ذلك، ومن تردد في شيء مما ذكرناه في هذا الشرح فليرجع إلى هذه الكتب، وسميته بالبحر الرائق شرح كنز الدقائق ....)
