A middle copy, part of the collection (1a-9b), is braided with gold, blue, green, and black water, and the heads of poverty in red, damaged by the earth and humidity, during which is a paper unrelated to the text containing some anecdotes by Al-Hussein bin Mansur Al-Hallaj, the Sufi, who died in the year 305 AH. And others, followed by what was reported from “Mishkat al-Masabi” by Wali al-Din Muhammad al-Khatib (eighth century AH), quoted from the handwriting of Muhammad bin Sharif al-Husseini, dated 829 AH. In four pages, the last of which reads: The Forty was translated with the success of the One who is the best supporter and helper in the year eight hundred and eighty-six. May God bless every party and group with it. Praise be to God for its completion, and may blessings and peace be upon Muhammad and his noble and righteous family.
