Notes	A complete copy. The text was written in black ink in general, while the titles were in red ink. The text was written on thick paper, up to paper 55 brown in color and from 56 to 94 italic to yellowish, with parallel lines and commercial watermarks on all papers. The mark consists of three consecutive crescents, and on brown paper some papers contain the letter M and others the letter G. As for paper, yellowish paper contains the letters TB, and from paper 95-110 it is brown paper with three consecutive crescents and no. It contains Latin letters. Leaves from 111 to the end of the manuscript are yellow with three crescents and Latin phrases. The text contains some illustrations, and the last page has a decoration in the middle, which is a garden fence and plant stems from which rosettes emerge with the same black and red ink. The introduction to the copy states that Minister Mustafa Keng shortened it in Shawwal 1182, while the end indicates that he shortened it in Shawwal 1181 AH.
Metin Başı (İncipit)	(نبتدى بعون الله تعالى وحسن توفيقه بكتابة مختصر كتاب المعلم الشهير الماهر الطبيب الكامل لاوندروس فيوافيني من مدينة بولونتا بفنون الطبية يحتوي على أربعة كتب وعلى فصول شتى الذي ترجمه القسيس رزق الله الدويهي في مدرسة حلب الشهباء من لسان اللاتيني إلى لسان الكرشوني في حزيران سنة 1738 من حساب سنين المسيحية وكان موافق شهر صفر سنة 1151 من حساب سنين المحمدية وبعد ذلك ترجمة فخر الأشراف الكرام السيد الشيخ عبد الرحمن بن السيد حسين العمادي الأحمدي طريقه والحنفي مذهباً في مدينة حلب المحمية في سنة 1180 من سنين الإسلامية وقد نقله من لسان الكرشوني إلى لسان العرب ثم اختصرت على بعض دروس منها المحتوية على فنون شتى وهي من الأربع كتب المذكورة وكان ذلك في 26 كانون الثاني الواقع في غرة شوال سنة 1182 وأنا الفقير إلى الله تعالى مصطفى بن الحاج علي الوزير من وزراء الدولة العثمانية الشهير بالكنج الساكن يومئذٍ بحلب المحمية في زمان خلافة مولانا سلطان البرين وخاقان البحرين السلطان الغازي أحمد خان ثالث أزاد بالعدل أيامه ... الباب الثاني من الكتاب الأول ايش قدر ضرورية ولازم للأطباء الجرايحية معرفة أموركثيرة وأشياء عديدة مختلفة من اختلاف الصنايع...).
