Al-Qastalani says... Praise be to God who explained with the knowledge of the scholars of the Prophetic Sunnah the issuance of His saints.... And after that, the knowledge of the Prophetic Sunnah, after the Mighty Book, is the greatest of sciences.... And the comprehensive book of Al-Bukhari has revealed among the treasures of its high demands... with what no one has ever before and no one has stumbled upon... So I pulled up the tail of resolve from the stem of the firmness... and made the effort... without you.... and I called it Irshad Al-Sari with the explanation of Sahih Al-Bukhari. ...Chapter: From where does he enter Mecca... When he said, “So make the hearts of the people yearn toward them,” he was on the highest level, as was narrated on the authority of Ibn Abbas. Al-Suhayli said it.

أوقفَ وحبَّسَ هذا الكِتابَ معَ جَميعِ كُتبِه إِلى اللهِ تَعالى الفَقيرُ عمر جاويش مستحفظان الدّاوديّ، ويكونُ مَقرُّه بعدَ وَفاتِه إِلى رحمةِ ربّه بِرواق الأتْراكِ بِالجامِعِ الأَزْهرِ عمَّرَه اللهُ لانتِفاعِ جَميعِ المُسْلِمينَ وقفًا صحيحًا، وَلا يُبدَّلُ ولا يُباعُ ولا يُرهَن {فمن بدله بعد ما سمعه فإنما إثمه على الذين يبدلونه} واللهُ خيرُ الوارِثينَ في 18 ربيع آخر سنة 1167هـ.
