I wrote the titles, the expressions of the saying and the hadith in red ink, and the rest of the text in black ink. | The last dictation by Imam al-Bukhari for his Sahih was in Bukhara in the year 252 AH, and the dictation before that was in February in the year 248 AH. Since his last dictation is considered a final highlight of the book, we have adopted it as the year of his writing, and some researchers have indicated that the year of his writing of the book is the year 232 AH. | From the Book of Sales to the chapter on the words of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, “Accept from those who do good and ignore those who do evil.”

The book of sales and the saying of God Almighty: “And God has made lawful trade and forbidden usury” and His saying “except that it be a current trade” ... ... Chapter on the saying of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, “Accept from their doers of good and turn away from their offenders” ... The Ansar said, “My belly is my flaw, and people increase and decrease, so accept from their doers of good and turn away from their offenders.”

وقَفَ وحبَسَ وسبَّلَ وأبَّدَ وأكَّدَ وخَلَّدَ وتصَدَّقَ للهِ سبحانه وتعالى هذه النُّسخةَ الشريفةَ على طلبةِ العلمِ بالجامعِ الأزهرِ، وجعَلَ مقرَّهَا برواقِ السادةِ المغاربةِ لَا يُباعُ ذلكَ ولَا يُوهَبُ ولَا يُرهَنُ، {فَمَنْ بَدَّلَهُ بَعْدَ مَا سَمِعَهُ فَإِنَّمَا إِثْمُهُ عَلَى الَّذِينَ يُبَدِّلُونَهُ إِنَّ اللَّهَ سَمِيعٌ عَلِيمٌ} حُرِّرَ هذا الوقفُ في خامسَ عَشَرَ جماد أول سنةَ 1275 خمسةٍ وسبعينَ ومائتيْنِ وألفٍ.وَرَدَ اسمُ الواقفِ على الصيغةِ المختصرةِ للوقفِ في أكثرَ منْ موضعٍ داخلَ النُّسخةِ، وهوَ صالحٌ حسنٌ أبو صفيحة.
