Praise be to God, the eraser of sorrows, the executor of the pen, and the scatterer of nations... The poor servant Muhammad bin Mahmoud bin Ahmad said... The Lām is for definition, and the definition of the Lām is to distinguish what he intended from its entry... ... ...and his saying, “Malkat Fāsajāh,” with a hamza cut off, a sīn neglected as a sukūn, then a broken jīm, followed by a ḥā, neglected, and its meaning is gentler and better, i.e. Do not take it harshly, for the enemy has been spiteful. And God knows best. This is the end of the first part.
