This was related by the author in the chapter on prayer as expiation at the beginning of the Book of Timelines, from the narration of Sulaiman al-Taymi, on the authority of Abu Uthman, on the authority of Ibn Masoud, with the wording: A man had a kiss from a woman, so he came to the Prophet - may God bless him and grant him peace - and he informed him, so God Almighty revealed {Establish prayer at both ends of the day and at the end of the night. Indeed, good deeds take away evil deeds}.... This is a (chapter) with nunation in which it is mentioned (if) a person acknowledges (the punishment) with the imam (and does not explain), as if he said: Did you get what necessitates the punishment, so base it on (Can the imam cover it up)? Or not. ...Chapter on the saying of God Almighty {And We set up just scales for the Day of Resurrection}... On the authority of Ali, may God Almighty be pleased with him, who said: Whoever loves to be measured with the fullest measure, let him say at the end of his sitting or when he rises: Glory be to your Lord, Lord of glory, above what they describe, and peace be upon the messengers, and praise be to God, Lord of the worlds. And I have finished the stroke of the pen, and I ask forgiveness from God for what I have committed.

أَوقفَ وتصدَّقَ حضْرة حيدر آغا باش آغاي سراي الخديوي الأعظم هذا الكِتاب الشَّريف عَلى طلبةِ العِلمِ، وجعلَ مُستقرَّه بِرواقِ الأحْنافِ بِالجامِعِ الأزْهرِ {فمن بدله بعد ما سمعه فإنما إثمه على الذين يبدلونه إن الله سميع عليم}، 8 رجب سنة 1286هـ، باش آغاي سراي الخديوي الأعْظم. ووضع خاتمه.
