The author of the book, Maher Taher Ismail Al-Barzanji, said about the time of writing the book: None of the authors of biographies and classes mentioned the time in which Ibn Malik wrote his book Mubariq al-Azhar, but he wrote it in the eighth century, and perhaps he wrote it before the middle of it, and God knows best.

Praise be to God for the gift of guidance and Islam and the gift of knowledge and information, especially with the explanation of the hadith of the Best of Humans... And then the weak one says... known as Ibn Malik... When he explained the aspects of the article and the correct consideration of the outcome, the highest knowledge coincided with beacons and beacons... And among what was written in it... The Book of Mashariq Al-Anwar... and it had explanations... so I began to manage within myself... to explain it in a way that tells about hidden things... and I called it Mubaariq Al-Zuhar in Sharh Al-Mashariq Al-Anwar... ... Anas rad Muslim narrated on his authority, “Labbayk Umrah” and “Hajjah” in the accusative case, for the decree, i.e., for “Umrah”, or for the removal of the subjunctive, i.e., for “Umrah”. This indicates that he was a qarin. The previous speech, and what is the most correct of the narrations contained in it at the beginning of the ninth chapter, I thank God who gave the power to complete.
