It has a blank in front of which it is written: “Originally white,” and the copyist overlooked another blank. See folios (122/b) and (123/a, b). #- The copy is missing the other. It has holes in it in more than one place, which is indicated by what was written on the title page: (It has holes from his saying “how is his answer” to his saying “meaning” and from his saying “rich” he changed to his saying “the tree Ibrahim” and from his saying “it is” to his saying “and if” his saying and from his saying “mutawatirah” so he went to the end of the book. After that he wrote what he drew: “Muhammad Al-Shahat”). He wrote on some margins: “Here lines fell.”

Praise be to God, Lord of the Worlds... And then, this is a nice comment that I put on what the Imam selected... Ibn Abi Jamrah from the hadiths of Sahih Imam Al-Bukhari corrects its wording and points out the strange ones... And the one who supported me on that was that the compiler... did not, in his explanation of it, set out to control the wording of the hadith... nor to explain clearly the meanings of its strange words due to the ease of that for him... The author said... In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful... ... وقف لله تعالى على طلبة العلم، أوقفه الأخ الصّالح الموفّق الحاجّ أحمد بن الحاجّ محمّد المغربيّ الشاوي، لا يباع ولا يوهب، {فمنْ بدّله بعْد ما سمعه فإنّما إثْمه على الّذين يبدّلونه إنّ اللّه سميع عليم}، وجعل مقرّه برواق السادة الصّعايدة.
