The opening of the manuscript:
Praise be to God, who has bestowed upon us the greatest and most minute blessings, the greatest of which is the blessing of Islam.... As for what follows: After the Qur’an, the science of hadith is the best and highest of sciences... and it was the book of the correct collection... the yes of the correct books.... And I did not see an explanation of it that included revealing some of the relevant matters of the book, let alone all of it.... So I sought help from God Almighty and sought His help in composing an explanation described with attributes... and I endeavored in it to clarify the expressions and uncover the problems... so he came back with praise to God. A book full of everything that the one being celebrated...and I am still thinking about naming it....so an inspiration inspired me that it is the planets of pearls in the explanation of Sahih Al-Bukhari... ...the conclusion of the manuscript:
We also conclude the speech in this blessed explanation: (Glory be to God and praise be to Him, Glory be to God the Great), and this blessed explanation has been completed...

وقف هذا شرح آق كرماني في «صحيح البخاريّ» عن موالي عظام مير عبد الله محبّ إسماعيل بكزادة سيروزي، بشرط أن يوضع في حرم النبيّ صلّى الله تعالى عليْه وسلّم وكرّم أن يقرأ فيه ولا يخرج ولا يبدّل، {فمنْ بدّله بعْد ما سمعه فإنّما إثْمه على الّذين يبدّلونه}، وأجره له ولوالديْه، سنة إحدى وثمانين ومائتين مائتيْن بعد الألف من هجرة النبيّ من كان صاحب مقام الموقوفة

الوقفيَّاتُ:بأوَّلِه قيدُ وقفٍ ما نصُّه: «وقفَ هذا شرح آق كرماني في «صحيحِ البُخاريِّ» عن موالي عظام مير عبد اللهِ محبّ إسماعيل بكزادة سيروزي، بشرطِ أن يوضَعُ في حرمِ النبيِّ صلَّى اللهُ تعالى عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وكرَّم أن يقرَأَ فيه ولَا يُخرجُ ولَا يُبدَّلُ، {فَمَنْ بَدَّلَهُ بَعْدَ مَا سمِعَه فَإِنَّمَا إِثْمُهُ عَلَى الَّذينَ يُبَدِّلُونَهُ}، وأجرُه له ولوالديْهِ، سنةَ إحدى وثمانينَ ومائتين مائتيْنِ بعدَ الألفِ من هجرةِ النبيِّ من كانَ صاحب مقام الموقوفةِ»، ووضع خاتمه.-وعليها خاتم وقف نقش بداخله ما نصه: وقف كتبخانة سنية لروضة حضرة خير البرية.
