It is heavy with comments, corrections, and transcription differences in the margin, and most of the footnotes are from Al-Zarkashi. - The pages from (150/a) to (153/b) were written in a different handwriting. - He wrote next to the text’s text: “This is the last of the fifth part of thirty. | Date of the copyist’s death: alive in the year 863 AH. | The last dictation by Imam al-Bukhari for his Sahih was in Bukhara in the year 252 AH, and the dictation before that was in February of the year 248 AH, and since his last dictation is considered a final highlight of the book, we have adopted it as the year of his writing, and some researchers have indicated that the year of his writing of the book is the year 232 AH.

بِسْمِ اللهِ الرَّحمنِ الرَّحيمِ، الحمدُ للهِ وليه، والصَّلاةُ والسلامُ على نبيِّه، أمَّا بعدُ: فقدْ أوقَفَ هذا «الجامعَ الصَّحيحَ» بتمامِه وهوَ ستُّ مجلداتٍ جنابُ شيخنِا المكرمِ الشَّيخُ أحمدُ أفندي ابنُ المرحومِ الشَّيخِ عبيدٍ العطارِ على أولادِه، ثمَّ على مَنْ ينتفِعُ به مِمَّنْ فيه أهليةٌ لذلكَ، وشرَطَ الواقفُ المشارُ إليه أنْ يكونَ مقرُّ هذا الكتابِ تحتَ يدِ ذريتِه {فَمَنْ بَدَّلَهُ بَعْدَ مَا سَمِعَهُ فَإِنَّمَا إِثْمُهُ عَلَى الَّذِينَ يُبَدِّلُونَهُ إِنَّ اللَّهَ سَمِيعٌ عَلِيمٌ}، وجرى ذلكَ وصدَر عليه الإشهادُ، وحُرِّرَ في سادسِ رمضانَ المباركِ سنةَ ستٍّ ومائتينِ وألفٍ. شهود الحال شهِدَ بذلك لكاتبِه الحقيرِ يس بنِ أحمدَ اللمعة
